Under the Pink....

…lurks what, exactly?
This week, J.Crew ran an advertisement with a photo of company President Jenna Lyons painting her little boy’s toenails pink. Apparently, the child loves pink; they were doing some mom/son hangout time, and decided to go ‘spa day’ with it.
Psychiatrist Keith Ablow stated, “This is a dramatic example of the way that our culture is being encouraged to abandon all trappings of gender identity,” while Media Research Center’s Erin Brown said the photo is “blatant propaganda celebrating transgendered children.”
Seriously? Doesn’t it seem like we’ve gone a bit ’round the bend on this one?

I agree with you. It isn’t just about "pink"; in fact, most of the people are the prisoners of social models. For them is much easier to distinguish things by color (and not only color, just any label) instead of thinking about their nature. This is reality of contemporary human society... And, "there is no escape when your mind is the prison" :)
